A growing nation become fortuitous by following three to four main things: Human Capital - a measure of the skills, education, capacity and attributes of labour which powers their productive capacity and earning potential. No wonder why great countries invest so much in education.
Second is physical infrastructure - an important facilitator of economic activity and a prerequisite for inward investment, trade and productive activities. We require great minds to work through these economic challenges. Here comes the education again.
Third but the hardest is Good Governance - this includes having efficient and transparent public-sector institutions, strong laws on intellectual property rights, a fair competition law and an independent judicial system. Education comes again along with Health and Law a.k.a Police here.
Let's not talk about Sindh, Kpk or Balochistan but Punjab - the largest province of Pakistan in every term whether it is development, law or education, Punjab was growing massively than any other province of Pakistan. Prime Minister Imran Khan's agenda was of justice, education, health & safety. He raised a clear message of "Parha Likha Sehat Yaab Naya Pakistan", then how come nothing has changed? I ask him why a person who is not even literate enough to read his own files, is in your cabinet? Chief Minister Usman Buzdar's governance negligence shows that he is incompetent. The 'Nara' was of Police & Educational reforms in the province but there's nothing but the same old Punjab, in-fact it's going down.
I had no expectations from CM Buzdar because the man himself has a illiterate personality, but imran khan did light hope in our hearts. Imran Khan sell education as his top priority before elections. Huge claims were made including migration of 150k children from private schools to government  schools; 100 percent increase in educational budget;  Quranic education as a compulsory subject; recruitment of women teachers in education sector and free education for every child in Pakistan. Now it all seems to be a part of history, is education still a priority for Khan? The educational department has failed to perform a single reform in its first year. As the budget for education has gone low, the next years can be worst years for education. Nearly 25 million children in Pakistan are still out of schools. This government has also remained silent over this major issue like the past governments. To economy from education, justice and health, Khan’s priority seems to be changed.
Speaking of justice, recently a video from Faisalabad gone viral on social media of a man named Sallahuddin Ayyubi making faces and sticking out his tongue at the CCTV camera before breaking the ATM machine and getting a Atm card out of it. In the video, he didn’t take any money from the Atm. On Sunday, he died under police custody. The SHO Mehmoodul Hassan, sub inspector Shafaat Ali and ASI Matloob tortured him to death during his interrogation. I imagine why twitter is trending with hashtags of CM’s resignation and police reforms.
As a bank is useless without the money likewise a country cannot be run without good governance. The key behind country’s development is good governance. It shields the human rights, conveys the justice, maintains the law and order and provides equal opportunities to the masses. It is responsible for the progress and development in the country. It ensures the educational opportunities for the public. If you see today’s scenario, it is quite the opposite. Good governance is difficult to achieve totally but it still needs well-intentioned people who brings ideas, experiences and other human strengths.
Good governance never depends upon laws, but upon the personal qualities of those who govern. The machinery of government is always subordinate to the will of those who administer that machinery. The most important element of government, therefore, is the method of choosing leaders. – Frank Herbert

What exactly is Rape?  Some referred it as “Sex without consent” and some as “Sexual assault”. Wikipedia says that “Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration carried out against a person without that person's consent. The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority, or against a person who is incapable of giving valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, has an intellectual disability or is below the legal age of consent.”
That is a definition but have you ever wonder that it can be more than just these things? In my opinion, it is a murder, yes, a murder. When a person rapes you, he is not only molesting your body but destroying your soul, taking away your will power and your ability to survive mentally. Sometimes, it can destroy your psychology.
In Islamic Republic of Pakistan, seventy-two percent of women are physically or sexually abused.  And yet we call ourselves an Islamic State. I feel nothing but pity and i see nothing but murderers.
Here is an another rape case or should i call ‘a murder case’? A video of victim’s mother, Samreen Asif, went viral all around on social media in which she demanded justice for her fifteen year old girl child named Arooj. Samreen cries, “My 15-year-old daughter, a student of 8th class, has been raped by Raza Bugti. The police officials launched a false FIR, which allowed culprit Raza Bugti to return to his home in one day.” She mentioned about a medical test whose report has been given to the mother in which she was raped not only once but several times. In an interview to Waqar Zaka, Arooj says, “I was raped by Raza Bugti, his younger brother Shehzad Bugti and two other men. A woman of our building stood by them and threatened me not to scream, otherwise i will face the consequences in shape of acid.
Between all this, another video of Samreen and Raza went viral in which they were romantically involved with each other and Arooj was sitting right next to her mother. A lot of people were raising fingers on Samreen to be involved with Raza like that but that is clearly not our concern. People were blaming Samreen for rape but my question is, why? We all make mistakes and then we learn from them. Haven’t you ever made a mistake or maybe you are an angel or a hypocrite? Samreen’s relation with Raza does not give him any right or impression to rape her daughter. A fifteen year old got raped, that matters the most.
There were a lot of complications at first but since the medical reports, it is quite clear that she got raped and someone raped her, someone from our society. Maybe it was not Raza but it was someone. Rape is an outrage that cannot be tolerated by civilized society. Clearly, we are not a civilized one. Women and children got raped daily in our country and what are we doing? Yes, i know, we are doing 'nothing'. Government needs to understand that we are not like other nations, a strong law should be made. And this time culprit needs to be hanged publicly. Again, Rape is a fucking murder.
Alice Seybold says, “In the tunnel where I was raped, a girl had been murdered and dismembered. I was told this story by the police. In the comparison, they said, i was lucky.  Since then I have always thought that under rape in the dictionary, it should tell the truth. It is not just forcible intercourse; rape means to inhabit and destroy everything.”

We use the term ‘Women Abuse’ to describe any kind of abuse in which a women is subjected including physical abuse, sexual abuse/assault, emotional abuse, social abuse, harassment, legal bullying, immigrant abuse and many others.
It happens in different situations by a stranger, by a person you are dating, or in your own home by someone you know.
PHYSICAL ABUSE includes: Slapping, shooting, strangling, shoving and burning etc.
SEXUAL ABUSE includes any kind of forced sexual activity.
For example: Rape, forcing a women into sexual acts.
Women abuse is most terrifying of all, torturing a female to fulfill desires of your own is something that is unforgivable.
It is not limited to one act but in the past you’ll see..

Lets put a flash back to 19’s when women were not given the rights as they have today. The time when women abuse was as common as salt in food. The women were burned alive not only burned alive infact buried alive too, They were hanged on trees, killed in crowded areas and people used to treat females like trash.
Now a days these things haven’t changed but the techniques have. Same stuff is happening today but in different ways. In 19’s the women were abused physically but now a days women are being abused mentally too. The Government has given a lot of rights to women as compare to then. But women abuse is still on its peak.
Women are being harassed daily. Just to prove they are weak? and the men are superior? to prove we live in a men oriented, men dominated society?
I can highlight a number of incidents to prove my point, even though we have walked on a long path of success and advancement but our minds are still too illiterate.
1) A girl was coming back from her campus. A group of boys started following her. She tried to speed up but she was on footsteps the boys started whistling. She made an angry face to them, they started touching her, she tried to run but they caught her and fulfilled their perversion by harassing the poor soul.
2) Acid attack is also very common. It can happen due to many reasons. A girl ditched a guy due to some reasons, the guy threw acid on her face in shape of revenge.
3) We used to believe that when a girl gets married she has to obey her husband in all circumstances whether he disrespect her, beats her.
A husband came back from office, he was upset because of his job issues, and thinking of bills he has to pay for the month. His wife came by saying she needs some money for grocery, in no time he started beating her. He beated her so much that her screaming voice was no where to be heard. She became silent and when he wanted his wife to give him food, he realized he already killed her.
Rape is the worst of all. This abuse completely destroys the life of any women. And the image of a rape victim in our society is what we all are aware of. Is this the so called advanced educated and protective society that we claim to be??
4)A girl refuses any boy’s proposal, the boy kidnapped her or rape her in anger.
5)Some girls are not even given an opportunity to choose their life career because of coeducation in universities. When it comes to co education some families become very conservative.
A girl named WARDA got 1001 marks in her FSC result. She wished to be a doctor, when even after facing denial from her brother she started preparation of entry test, he shooted her because her dream could only be accomplished by co education...

If a person is without work, available to work and is currently seeking work, then the person is in a state of Unemployment. As defined by the International labor organization, “Unemployed workers are those who are currently not working but are willing and able to work for pay, currently available to work, and have actively searched for work.”  Those who have the abilities to do work but due to fewer job opportunities, they are categorized in unemployed people.
Unemployment is one of the major issues of economics in Pakistan. In the ratio of unemployed people, Pakistan is more than 12% which means that 113 Million people are without a job. (Nizami.S;2010).

There are many reasons for unemployment in Pakistan. The main reason is insufficient methods of production in agriculture.  Unemployment in agriculture field is due to two main factors: First one is, adaption in technologies are decreasing day by day. Secondly, Uneducated and unskilled workers in industries.
The biggest cause of unemployment is very unpleasant and unacceptable condition of law and due to this issue, foreign investors are not investing money.
The economy of Pakistan is facing many major issues in economics. The productivity and efficiency of the industrial sector have suffered a lot, and it also added up to the suffering of human life.

In December 2009, the unemployment rate in Pakistan was 5.05%. In 2005-06, the number of unemployed youth is 1.2 Million. My prediction says that it could be 6 Million in 2030. The youth of Pakistan is already suffering from this issue because there are no vacancies of a job for the youth. The Education system is not fully equipped due to corrupt leaders. The so-called corrupt leaders don’t allow the funds on education. The literacy rate is decreasing day by day in Pakistan. There are too many flaws in the system.
Gaining the correct education is also a main cause of unemployment. Students of Government universities are not getting the proper education. Let’s have an example of my university, I am doing BS Information Technology from GC University Faisalabad. First of all, maximum two lectures are delivered by lecturers. And sometimes it is reduced to one due to personal issues of the lecturer. We have taken the Midterm examination recently, our ‘Database’ teacher didn’t take a single class and I was like am I supposed to appear for the paper?  The concept of one-night study has rooted in our brains as One nightstand for a playboy. We are not getting the conceptual study. Why are we wasting money on these expensive studies if we shouldn’t get any job? Where are we going? Where the fuck this government is leading us to? It also causes unemployment in our country...

Child Labour is, generally speaking, work for children that harm them or exploits them in some way (Physically, Mentally, or by blocking access to Education). It is the work that exceeds a minimum number of hours depending on the age of a child and on the type of work. Child labor comes in many forms. Many children work at swamp sites, cut rocks, work in low budget factories, car workshops or as a coolie in railway stations. Others work as prostitutes or domestic slaves.

Child labour is a bitter truth of Pakistan and unfortunately it prevails in many forms in the country. Pakistan is in the top list of countries where child labour is common. On the other side, ILO and UNICEF say that all work done by children can’t be classified as child labor. So, it is very important to differentiate child labor and child work. If work is not harming the health, personal development and education of child then this type of work cannot be taken in a negative way and doesn’t include in child labor. For example, taking part in family business, part-time job or work in holidays. These activities can be termed as ‘Child Work’ and it is very important for the personal development of a child. It provides them extra skills of working that can be helpful in future.
Poverty is the greatest cause of child labor. A middle-class person earns $6 a day in Pakistan and he has to feed nine to ten people daily. The main cause of child labor is the low quality of education, lack of jobs and lack of progress in the region. The drop out rate in Pakistan is high than literacy rate. It is due to the lack of proper education. Education is too much expensive so that the poor children cannot afford these expenses. Their parents have to feed them within a low range of money. These are the main causes of child labor...

There are some people in this world who fight an unseen battle within themselves, with a smile on their face. They never cry about the intricacies of life. They know how to keep themselves happy and away from unhappiness. We call these persons warriors because they know the value of life. They know how to face the difficulties of life. These type of people are way better than other people in this world, not knowing the value of life.
There is nothing unusual in the government’s lack of interest in follow up measures, and this attitude is the main factor in the denial of the benefits of the international human rights system to the people of Pakistan. The media, has too ignored this matter. It seems that the people with handicaps are neglected all around the country.
The biggest problem that person with disabilities face in Pakistan is that the social environment and the people’s culture. Many persons’ disabilities are aggravated by society’s attitude towards them. The lives of big number of people are spoiled and their potential of doing something good is lost. These persons include who have long-term mental, physical or sensory impairments.
If a person limps he must be called ‘langra’; if a person lost an eye, he must be summoned as ‘Kana’. The government should need to coordinate their effort to cure their unhealthy behavior towards the disabled....

Unfortunately, the state of Pakistan has failed to install the fear of laws to the public. Because of this, time and again, we read stories such as the recent one from ‘DERA ISMAIL KHAN’ of a teenage girl of the Rivals’ family, stripped naked and forced to walk nude throughout the village by a group of men fully loaded with guns. The incident took place in the vicinity of Chodwan Police Station.
The girl knocked on many doors for help, clothes, and shelter but no one helps due to the fear of bandits. The armed men did not allow the girl to take a piece of cloth to cover herself.
According to eye-witnesses, the brutality continued for one hour. The girl’s family tried to submit a complaint against bandits in the police station but police didn’t pay any attention.
This incident involving barbarity took place on 27 October 2017 when the girl was fetching water from a pond along with her two cousins. Group of five men disrobed her and forced her to run on the streets of the village. The culprits filmed her as well. The girl is completely ruined. No one would marry her. She wouldn’t survive in the society. They will call her slut or characterless. Suicide will remain the only way for the girl to get rid of taunts of the society.
Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf (PTI) MNA Dawar khan kundi had accused KPK minister Ali Amin Gandapur of facilitating the minister involved in the incident. Kundi wanted Ali Amin Gandapur to seek forgiveness from the girl. But Gandapur had said the attempts to link him with the incident were ‘SHAMEFUL’....
